Shop is very decent size and will stock everything you need.

Quality of fishing: 4/5

With so many lakes for so many different types of fishing there is quality fish to be had from little Eden Pond, they have some lovely fish in there. Last time I fished it I had 5 different species out - cracking little lake. There is something for everyone from golden tench right through to monster 80+lb catfish!!! You can't help feel impressed.

Disabled Facilities 4/5

There are so many places for disabled fisherman to fish on all lakes and I know this facility always strives to improve itself.  Some of the lake swims do get bogey but they are always updating people on their Facebook page to tell them where's naughty and where's not.

Fish Stocks: 4/5

From the lakes I've fished on this facility (Eden Pond, Snipe, Tuscany, Daughters) the only one I've failed to catch on is Daughters but I know there are plenty of fish in the lakes, you only have to look at the catch reports. When this place is on...it's on! But as we all want runs waters for 40lbers..you get a 4 :o)

For me the prices are spot on for this facility.

Second and third rods -  £5 each (third rod, 1st Oct- 31st March only) please note that to fish three rods you need two E.A. rod licences.

24 hour ticket with 1 or 2 rods Junior/ Disabled/ O.A.P - £15

Staff: 5/5

I'm not too sure who it is I always see with his shotgun perched over his shoulder, either Paul or Chris but he has always been 100%, always friendly, always open to advise and let you know a few little things, what's been fishing well or when. He should be your first port of call trust me, wanna learn things about the fishery ask him. By all accounts he's caught plenty in those lakes as well so he knows what he's talking about.

Security 4/5

The gates do get locked at given times

Rules 5/5

These guys do not muck about with the rules, they will pull your rigs in and check them, they will come around and check every little bit of gear you have to make sure you are within the rules so when it says 2 rod licence's for 3 rods, you better have them with you, or you're getting turfed out sunshine...and before you all sit their going yeah yeah..the bloke carries a shot gun lol.

All anglers must have a landing net and unhooking mat and a valid E.A fishing licence

Also all anglers should have some form of carp care kit. The nets and mats can either be purchsed or hired from the on site shop.

Cars are not allowed past Tuscany Lake. Anglers going to Snipe Lake must park in the car park at Tuscany and carry their tackle around. Disabled anglers carrying a blue badge have special dispensation. Any anglers found inbreach of this rule will be asked to move their vehicle immediately and may also be asked to leave the fishery.  Anybody parking their vehicles anywhere but the allocated parking areas will be asked to leave the fishery.

 Overall: 4.5/5

What a fab lake, great in every way. The only little snag you could probably pick up on is the place gets bogged down now and then but I can live with that and they do put info on their Facebook page for you to check.

Also sometimes the lake turns off but thats down to the fish not the owners lol
One of the best fisheries I've fished to be honest.
A really good fishery with ample lakes for all types of people with every fish possible on hand to catch. Well done Beaver Farm Fishery!
