They have a Cafe open 9-4:30 normal cafe food prices. Reasonable toilets which are open 24/7 and a tackle shop open 8-4 and 10-4 Sundays.

Quality of fishing: 3/5

Nothing massive in here but it's okay.

Disabled Facilities 2/5

Needs more disabled friendly pegs.

Fish Stocks: 4/5

Wide range of fish including Carp, Bream Tench, Roach and Rudd.

Pricing: 4/5

£7 a day, £12 for night fishing.

Staff: 4/5

Very friendly easy to approach and always glad to help and give hints and tips.

Security 4/5

Main gates at entrance, CCTV and someone on site at all times.

Rules 3/5

Basic rules but enough to let people know what's happening.

No carp at all and no other fish over 3lb to be placed in keep nets or sacks.

All hooks must be barbless.

Ground bait, Boilies etc. in moderation

The use of tiger nuts, peanuts, bloodworm and oily baits is not allowed

You may only use two rods on one permit if you have no spectators.

All fishermen must restrict fishing to their own peg and not cast across neighboring swims.

Overall: 4/5

This a family run business but I'm just not sure if they've bitten off more than they can chew. This obviously has some amazing facilities with the clay pigeon shooting, rifle shooting, a trout fishery as well as a course fishery but the course lake looks like it takes a back burner to a certain respect. If they want to compete as a decent fishery then they will have to improve things like disabled swims and better sized fish.
